Will the products work for me?

Essentially, while a specific product may be working for someone else, it may not work for you. Everyone's skin is different. Thus, results will vary between individuals.


Are the ingredients in Astora products organic?

We use 100% organic and plant-based ingredients. All ingredients are Certified Organic, ethically sourced in the USA.
At Astora Skin, we feel it’s our responsibility to protect the biggest organ in our body - Our Skin. We’re committed to keeping our products simple, intentional and clean.


My skin isn't loving the product I ordered?

 We are sad to hear that one of our products was not a good match for your skin. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to receive a refund. We welcome you to email us at contact@astoraskin.com. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We receive the right to deny any return request where policy abuse is evident.

When will payment be taken from my account?

For any order placed on our website or by phone, payment will be taken as soon as the order has been placed and confirmed.


Which payment methods can I use to place my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay. We also accept PayPal.


Is Astora Skin recyclable?

At Astora, we’re committed to being 100% recyclable before 2026. As of now, our shipping materials, manufacturing materials and jars are made with recycled material OR material that is recyclable.
We highly recommend reusing the amber glass jars you receive, as it's triple-high-grade glass and is UV protectant.


How long does my order take to ship?

Each order is handmade with plant-based ingredients. Thus, processing times are in place for all orders. You’ll get a shipment notification email with tracking once your package is shipped. Delivery times are on the shipping option selected at checkout. Processing is separate from shipping.

OUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES ARE 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

DURING COVID - PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED.


My package was unable to be delivered due to the wrong address? 

Please double-check your order confirmation and ensure that you've entered the correct address. If your address cannot be verified by USPS/UPS/FEDEX, we will contact you for an alternative address.

If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (the amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for an additional send out. There is a 15% restocking fee for non-reshipment packages. Shipping is nonrefundable once a package is shipped.


Damages

If this does occur, please email contact@astoraskin.com: Subject line 'DAMAGED' with your first and last name, order number and two clear photos of the damage. We ask that you report any damage within 48 hours of delivery so that we can replace the item(s) for you. Damage out of this time frame will be handled at our discretion.


My package was marked delivered, however, I did not receive it

Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address. After verifying please send us an email to contact@astoraskin.com with the subject line ‘PACKAGE UNDELIVERED’ with your order number and first/last name We need to be notified within 24 hours of missed delivery to assist you.

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ORDER. FOR CHANGES, THE ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED.
