Meet the Founders

Astora Skin laid its foundation back in the 2000s when two little sisters grew up learning skincare from their mothers, sharing their homemade skincare recipes with each other, and recreating their own concoctions as a passion. 
The belief in handcrafting every product in a most natural, chemically unprocessed way was where the sisters (and the founders), Jaffna Astoria and Asya Elora, laid the foundation of Astora Skin officially. 

Astora Skin lays the most solid foundation for itself not only because of the purely organic line of products or integrity being their brand philosophy but also because of the ideology that the founders have built this brand on. While the sisters had this idea boiling in their minds, infuriation of unnecessary added ingredients in skincare gave them the push to kickstart Astora Skin.
Jaffna Astoria, the one half of Astora, is a thorough lover of nature who’s seen cleaning up oceans and a digital nomad practicing self-care beyond handcrafting skincare experiences for her customers.
While on her journey to craft the safest skincare, she used ingredients that she could even eat. Jaffna expresses that she can never be happier than sharing her passion with, first her sister, and then the world, together offering the world skincare they all deserve.
For Asya, the other half of Astora, skincare and self-love were inherited in her from day one. She had a wave of self-love enthusiasm and her childhood memories with her sister Jaffna are filled with making up concoctions at home using a variety of natural ingredients. She has always found her calm in chaos in self-love and self-care which also gives her an insight into the life that all we expect from others, comes from within.

Fed up with the chemical wash humans are getting, they dreamed of changing the average, harmful shower routine into a rejuvenating experience, for those who love skincare that benefits more than harm. Asya, Jaffna and their team are working with an aim to build a skincare brand that stands out on the ground of integrity and purity. They are committed to making your skincare experience as mesmerizing as possible, with organic products that are plant-based, turning your boring shower routine, into a self-love ritual.
